The summer-fall issue of Pathways features the designation of the UCCRC as a comprehensive cancer center, Program 5: Advanced Imaging, and the 44th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) held in Chicago.

The August-September issue of Member News and Updates focuses on the introduction of the new searchable comprehensive database of cancer-related funding opportunities on our website and a quality assurance and process improvement tool for the Cancer Clinical Trials Office (CCTO). The CCTO “dashboard” is a tool that enables more efficient filing of regulatory paperwork for all cancer-related clinical trials. Umberto Tachinardi, MD, Director for Informatics, leads the UCCRC information technology group.
